Rationale:

India is poised for exponential growth in manufacturing sector to emerge as leading Industrial Hub to the world.  Liberal policies pursued by Government on Foreign Direct Investment, opening up of Defence Sector for private partnership & spate of FTA / PTA’s is being signed are indicative pointers in this direction.

Setting up of manufacturing facilities entails huge investments in “Capital Goods”, be it local or imported. The objective of investing entrepreneur is to curtail this cost so as to reduce Finance Cost of project coupled with shorter payback period of project. These twin objectives can be achieved by availing of “Project Import” facility & familiarity with corresponding Rules & Regulations. What is little known fact about this facility is that it is also applicable to local manufacturers & Suppliers to a project.

The objective of this one day webinar is to aquaint the participants with nuances of ‘Project Import Facility & Regulations’ in user friendly manner to enable them to gain fully from the knowledge acquired on the subject.
