Mr. Sundaram N K - Specialist Consultant

Mr. Sundaram is a presenter of Training Programs in various Soft skills and also a Specialist Consultant in Human Resources, delivering programs and undertaking HR projects for major corporations on a range of Organizational and Human Resource issues.  He is just 66 years young with 49 years’ experience.

He is a Certified Assessor of Thomas Profiling and has delivered training programs and engaged in HR Process, Strategies and Systems PAN India and Middle East.

His rich work experience working closely with top the line executives in Government of India at Delhi has given him an overview of the industry which he gives in portions to his attendees.

As a Principal Consultant in his field, he has extensive worldwide experience implementing change strategies, performance solutions, succession and manpower plans, establishing ‘green field’ HR functions, creating major Management Development Centre’s of Excellence for Corporates and delivering seminars and workshops. His HR and Management Development experience spans over 40 + years in a global environment working for a diverse range of multinationals.

Mr Sundaram have conducted Workshops for L&T, Nagarjuna Construction, Datamatics IT Vista Solutions, CISCO, TVS, Canara Bank, GMR Construction, BGR Energy, Motherson Automotive, Bharat Earth Movers, Shaikh Mohd. Sayeed - Dubai, Advance Petrochemicals - Al Jubail, Larsen & Toubro - Riyadh, Nagarjuna Construction - Muscat etc.

His interests lie in developing the customer ‘solution’ approach to employee development and undertakes organizational projects that are action oriented in style, often by involving the delegates and company team members to arrive at a solution. He conducts soft skill training and HR training on all topics, through English, Hindi, Tamil and Kannada.

Note – There will be no classes on Sunday and any Gazetted Holiday if occurred.

Pre-requisites

You should have good internet connection and good quality headphone/speaker set with Laptop / Desktop.
