Mr Ajay - Ex. Head HR - Philips Electronics

Mr. Ajay is an HR professional with over 25 years of experience across industries, ranging from Engineering and Technology, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals.

He has worked in Public sector, National and Multinational companies and has hands-on experience in setting up a Green field project, Business closure/restructuring and executing functional integration of acquired businesses into the parent organization.

He started his career as Personnel Officer in M/s Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers. His last assignment was as Vice President HR in Bosch Chassis India Ltd, Pune. He also served in various capacities in reputed organizations like Philips Electronics as a Head HR -Industrial Operations, Birla Accucast as a GM HR, Zydus Altana Healthcare as a Head HR & Administration and Alkyl Amines Chemicals,.

His experience both in the Corporate HR and Operations HR brings in versatility to his profile. He has acumen in providing strategic insight to the HR and IR topics and possesses good knowledge on Labour Laws and Statutory compliances.
