The need for the written communication is felt pressingly when a person reaches at the top level. But this realisation comes too late when these basics skills start holding one’s performance back from the backseat. The purpose of this programme is lay a path for the participants to improve their written communication skills

ü When to use the normalised words and concise words
ü Overview of the difference between American and British English
ü Get overview of when to use foreign expressions

ü How to decide on the subject heading
ü How to greet the recipient, length of the e-mail and what is elevator summary
ü How to conclude the mail or how to sign off the e-mail
ü What is flaming and how it impacts the business relationship
ü How to proofread the mail?

In entire second half of the training, participants will be given lot of practical exercises on business letter writing or e-mail communication.
What topics that will not be covered: -
Basics of English will not be covered in this training programme.
You should have good internet connection and good quality headphone/speaker set with Laptop / Desktop.
