Profile of Faculty Mr. SP Verma Ex Head of Training- Bharat Electronics Ltd & Ex Head HR - Jindal Steel & Power Limited Mr. SP Verma is PhD, MBA, MA and LLB with 42 years of very rich and varied experience as Head- Corporate and Plant HR, IR, CSR, Training, Education and Administration in leading Public as well as Private Sector Organizations. He has been in Bharat Electronics Ltd at Ghaziabad as Head of Training & IR. He has been in Jindal Steel & Power Limited as Head- HR, Training, Education, IR, CSR, and Administration at it’s the then Greenfield Upcoming Integrated Steel Plant of 6 MTA at Patratu in Jharkhand; Structural Steel Plant at Raigarh in Chhattisgarh and in Corporate CSR & Education Department at Delhi. He has been actively involved with various Councils and Research Projects on Man Power, Education and Training Programs of Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), Institute of Applied Manpower & Research (IAMR) and other bodies. He has been Industry Co-coordinator for Project IMPACT, sponsored by Word Bank and DOE. He also conducts Training Programs on General Management, HRM, POSH, Labour & Business Laws and other related subjects for the Corporates.
