Overview

A competent HR professional should have sub-skills such as Competency Mapping, Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Performance Management System and so on.  In addition to these, the HR Professional should develop Human Resources Audit skills.   Just like Chartered Accountant’s role, Human Resources is very soon going to attain Chartered Status in India. Objective

A traditional criticism of the Human Resource Management function is that it’s an overhead cost that is unpredictable and unquantifiable. The absence of professional agreement on benchmarks against which HR function effectiveness can be measured, has reached critical momentum in times of financial crisis. The inability to specify a return on investment in human capital operations fuels this negative perception and corrodes respect for HR. While financial audits are required by law, audits in HR are mostly discretionary unless required by specific legislation. In many organizations this perception is an obstacle for HR professionals seeking to be “at the table” and viewed as a strategic contributor to organizational goals.

Through facilitated discussion, group and individual hands-on exercises, this workshop will show you how to develop and conduct an HR Audit. You will learn to use audit results to construct strategic and action plans to address gaps and inefficiencies

Mr. Sundaram N K - Specialist Consultant

Mr. Sundaram is a presenter of Training Programs in various Soft skills and also a Specialist Consultant in Human Resources, delivering programs and undertaking HR projects for major corporations on a range of Organizational and Human Resource issues.  He is just 68 years young with 40 years’ experience.

He is involved in human skill training and also HR assignments on Organisational Development PAN India and Gulf countries. He has clients in Dubai, Qatar, Saudi Arabia etc. apart from India.  He conducts training on all human skill topics for academic institutions, healthcare personnel and corporates, through English, Hindi, Tamil and Kannada languages.

He conducts training for many leading organizations like TVS, Hosur, Larsen & Toubro, Jindal Group and leading hospitals like Ramaiah Medical College & Hospital, Aster CMI, Rainbow Hospital, etc.  He has also trained Nursing Assistants throughout Karnataka and doctors all over Karnataka and also in Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, etc.
