Every establishment, be it industrial or commercial, has to allow various kinds of leaves to their employees, which broadly include Casual, Sick and Earned Leaves. However, these rules vary from one state to other and there are variations in leave entitlement and eligibility. Additionally, women employees are also allowed to maternity leaves, as per provisions of The Maternity Benefit Act, 1972. The various laws governing leaves & holidays for employees are listed below viz;

Mr VK Sharma having 25 years of professional experience in reputed industries in which he worked at senior positions as HR & IR Heads at Lakshmi Precisions, Talbros Automotive Components, Vikas Group- Faridabad, JBM Group, Havells India Ltd., and Aisin Automotive Haryana Pvt Ltd.

Since last 3 years, has organised 100+ Training Programs on Labour and Employment Laws across India, related to Changes & Updates on Labour Laws, New Labour Codes, Disciplinary Action & Domestic Enquiry, Contract Labour Management and Laws related to Shops and Establishments.
