Mr V Sharma having 25 years of professional experience in reputed industries in which he worked at senior positions as HR & IR Heads at Lakshmi Precisions, Talbros Automotive Components, Vikas Group- Faridabad, JBM Group, Havells India Ltd., and Aisin Automotive Haryana Pvt Ltd.

Since last 3 years, has organised 100+ Training Programs on Labour and Employment Laws across India, related to Changes & Updates on Labour Laws, New Labour Codes, Disciplinary Action & Domestic Enquiry, Contract Labour Management and Laws related to Shops and Establishments.

He has been a regular Trainer on various programs including Labour & Industrial Laws, Contract Labour Management, Factories Act, Gender Sensitivity (POSH), Environmental Laws and Interviewing Skills and Personality Development etc.
